@Charle: are you ready to lynch Kingm? Because scum will want to use its voting bloc untill the last moment by not voting / dividing the votes...hoping on a no lynch today....

And the fact it's between Traf and Kingm but no wagon riders appeared by now tells me scum is staying off the wagon sofar..

..and you and Traf are not voting and not really looking either i must say (not looking at all AND it's D2 for crying out loud! )...You guys are also the only ones with a claimed "character role name" (with only just 4 left to mention theirs - IF more then 2 of them have any!- because we are looking for 4 scums like 99%). Now at least your name combined to your PR is solid. The "Serving a letter" function is right up there with "Paper Trail" and "Hard Cover".. (it aligns with how the series depicts formal police procedures, warnings, or official notifications and that is to be expected from a mod who has his favorite series translated to a mafia werewolf game).

But Traf's claim is not. He claims just a simple town tracker PR but did not mention it's propper function name / police procedure name. Like LC could have named his action "CHIS handling"(Covert Human Intelligence Source) — Managing sources with strict protocols and records...or "Surveillance package" — Authorised covert monitoring (phones, bugs, tracking) that must follow strict rules to avoid "dirty" evidence...

It's a sloppy job of a fake claim.. not AC-12 standards at all.

So how do you feel on lynching Traf?

Also Reminder to all: we are looking for 4 bad cops (under the cover of being a good cop) so they will look "townish by role nature" i suppose. Hence a scum tracker for example.

By the way Charle: here is your summary play (all game long) until now:

Acting like an idiot? For what? Ripping your tracker claim apart as sloppy/fake because it’s just generic “Tracker” with zero Line of Duty flavor or police-procedure name?

And fake with zero line of finding scum in your entire play sofar? Is that idiotic? Im not the idiot who said im only tracking because "last time as scum i got busted for fake claiming tracker and i didn’t want to risk another “faked tracker” blow-up like in my previous scum game.".[*]

I wanted to track Kingm cause I still think he is suspicious from his post D1… but last game when I was scum I got busted for faking a tracker… so I tracked Sonic instead to have safe proof ready.

And that line only exists because you saw the votes piling up fast and you needed to respond fast..

It sounds exactly like someone who knows how fake scum claims get caught and is trying to avoid the same mistake..

So yes, im absolutely torching your weak claim.

Charle’s “Serving a letter / moral compass” one-shot claim is dripping with actual Line of Duty / AC-12 procedure flavor.
You just say “Kate Fleming, Tracker” with zero extra police-procedure detail.

In a heavily themed game run by a LoD superfan (Loose Canon), this mismatch is a massive scum tell. Scum often give the bare-minimum generic claim because they didn’t get the real flavor in their PM. And that is exactly what you did.

Is it idiotic to do a deep flavor meta analysis — exactly the kind of thing a motivated town player does when the mod is a huge Line of Duty fan..?

Because im just connecting the dots, pushing for a decision on D2, and explicitly calling out scum behaviour (wagon avoidance + hoping for no-lynch).


Compare that to your play:

Purely defensive and insulting (“acting like an idiot”) instead of addressing the flavor criticism..
The “I’d enjoy being lynched so you look stupid when my role flips” line is a classic defensive tell — it doesn’t counter the actual point and sounds just like someone hoping the lynch doesn’t happen..Another extremely common scum deflection — designed to make some town hesitate (“what if he’s town and we look stupid?”) without actually countering any points..

Then there is your acting "away" the entire game but when 4 votes piled up (in an instant) you were here superfast and now again.. That does not match the idea your trying to sell to town ("beïng busy - can't follow up").

Kingm’s suspicion is real (that D1 play left a mark but in the end what do we have really besides classic over-eager/clumsy town wording + defensive backpedal) compared to the multi-layered scum pattern Traf is showing:

We have already 4 clear scum tells on Traf (based on his play):

1) Admitted “safe insurance” tracking — He openly said he wanted to track Kingm (his actual D1 suspect) but chose me instead purely to generate a low-risk, mutually confirmable result in case he got pressured later...He even referenced getting caught faking a tracker as scum in a previous game WIFOM style.. This is one of the cleanest scum tells possible for a claimed Tracker: the action wasn’t investigative; it was defensive self-preservation. That is not town play, that is scum play.

2) Flavorless claim in a theme-heavy game — “Kate Fleming, Tracker” with zero AC-12 / Line of Duty procedural detail. Charle’s one-shot had clear “Serving a letter / moral compass” flavor that fit the mod’s style perfectly. Im "Hard Cover", Dev was "Paper Trail".. Traf never tried to flavor his claim up or tie it to undercover work. In a Loose Canon game (LoD fan), this bare-minimum claim is a big red flag. It feels like Traf was hoping mentioning the Kate Fleming name would be enough.

Notice the big difference: Charle says Im Ted Hastings - I am the "Moral Compass" (and the "Moral Compass" "served the letter)". Traf just says "Im Kate Fleming, tracker"..

Mind you, This comes from the only 2 players who have sofar claimed to have received a role name....watch the big difference: Im Ted Hasting - I am the "Moral Compass", Im Kate Fleming, tracker...

3) Pressure response — When i torched his claim, Traf went straight to insults (“acting like an idiot”), defensiveness, and the classic “part of me would enjoy being lynched so you look stupid when I flip” line. That doesn’t counter any points — it just tries to plant hesitation and sounds like someone hoping the wagon doesn’t land because they can't counter with actual answers.

4) Scum Activity Pattern — Semi-ghosting almost the entire time, staying off wagons, not voting, but appearing instantly when needed to defend. This fits scum monitoring the thread closely while trying not to commit..And, If Traf is town why hasn't he placed a vote by now? Like a vote on Kingm for example?

Kingm can wait — his baggage isn’t going anywhere. And it doesn’t have the multi-layered mechanical + flavor + behavioral problems Traf does.

Let me nail the contrast again:

Charle: “I’m Ted Hastings I am the ‘Moral Compass’ (and the ‘Moral Compass’ "served the letter")” — full dynamic flavor that matches Line of Duty 100%.

Traf: “I’m Kate Fleming, tracker.”

Only two players have dropped full character names… and one is dripping with real AC-12 procedure while the other is a generic cop-out. .
This is the kind of mismatch scum make when their PM doesn’t give them the live flavor text.
