The accused are suspected of:
-Conducting Secret Diplomacy: During the game around Round 9, he was coordinating with Yellow but I am unsure of Yellow's part in the alliance.
-Other: During the game, instructing players on where he was in relation to them. Then forming alliances in a Standard game with other players when he was clearly down and out of it. Specifically, Congo gave instructions to one of three of the last players on how to eliminate him from the game.

Note: I would not be surprised if Congo (Yellow in Game 2754887) was suspected of cheating in numerous games. I do not mind alliances at all. However, that is why I play doubles games. Playing single matches when some players do not follow the rules and form alliances detracts from my experience. I will surely add him as a foe, but as a new member and potentially a long-term client, I would strongly suggest that you delete him from the Club for the betterment of our online community.

okay, I viewed the entire game chat and did seem that Congo was ruining the game. However, I do not see any signs of secret diplomacy because he announced his intentions to team up on you in the game chat

Well.. you know, it's not against the rules to form an alliance and conducting diplomacy. Just look at the first page you browse in on...

Also, when you write that you're unsure whether or not yellow was in on it or not, keep in mind that tacit collusion is perfectly alright. In fact, experienced players will collude against a game leader without the need for an explicit alliance discussed in the game chat.

Welcome aboard. But don't expect everything to be as you imagine it. Follow rule # 1 and # 2. If you don't enjoy a particular map or setting, don't play it. If you don't care much for another player, don't play with him. This you'll figure out through experience. But please see it as experience and stop whining.

I see your point. And after a little time has passed, I realized I wrote that in the heat of the moment and was just pissed that I lost after assuming that I had it in the bag.

Nah... wouldn't go that far. I read the game chat and Congo seems to have been a pain in the ass. I would have been pissed-off as well. It's just that he didn't cheat (as being a jerk doesn't constitute cheating... )
