Would consist of territories randomly swapping during the game. For the first 5 rounds 2 random territs would swap locations each round. Then the next 5 rounds it would increase to 4 random territs and it would grow as the game progressed and could potentially get crazy with territories swapping everywhere at the start of each round.
Specifics/Details:
Say Player A had 10 troops on Territory A, Player B had 15 troops on Territory B. At the beginning of each round for the first 5 rounds, 2 territs would swap. So say Territ A and B were randomly selected in the 4th round. Player A's 10 troop stack would move to Territ B and Player B's 15 troop stack would move to Territ A.
Rounds 1-5: 1 Swap per round
Rounds 6-10: 2 Swaps per round
Rounds 11-15: 3 Swaps per round
Rounds 16-20: 4 Swaps per round
Rounds 21-25: 5 Swaps per round
etc.
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
New Game type, would make things interesting and crazy at times, but fun i reckon.
I like it, but I think that maybe too much is left to randomness as the game goes on. Maybe their could be some sort of "WARNING" indicator to show which territories will be swapped? That way, it would include more strategy, and essentially give you an additional troop movement if you use it right. I can't imagine this would be easy to code, though. Regardless, I support the idea.
