Here is what we have so far

Reading through the days and your posts your logic does seem to hold water. Reading your responses throughout the days do match what you are noting below. Granted this can be hindsight.
recess 1 i investigated charle and got a result of baddie.
recess 2 i investigated LC and got that he's not a baddie.
recess 3 i got dev is a good kid
recess 4 max is a good kid

The thing here is homer is pointing at Kong/myself but cleared dev and Kong who is the "target" also cleared Dev so logically I would say dev is clear by one of the opposing views. He also noted:

Just saying someone is innocent doesnt mean you are good or the role you say you are. Max is fighting, from what I gather, that Im on the list because of how we all were able out the wallflower early.

As Max noted, I have been a wallflower since before it was named and I can give you all of my drops so I would be clear which leaves me against Homer's vantage point since if there are 2 baddies left, then something is afoot.

While I understand the previous day you could avoid the claim but at this point, it appears we are hiding valuable roles and all information that could be used so im not sure what we are hiding anymore.

At this point though through all logic, I guess I would push Kong as well. I will hold vote since that puts it to L1 but thats where im going but still believe the roles of the other two would be beneficial.

i'm only suspecting both of you if we're sure there are 2 baddies. we don't know that for sure. this is why i wasn't throwing votes out there and want to discuss what's the best option.

and my reaction to max's last post may have been a bit too much. i just got frustrated when i read his post and posted out of that frustration

LC knew how many baddies there were and when they were fighting the wallflowers, he kept noting that there were still 2 more. At the time it was 6v2 but that was their power and they had no reason to lie at the moment so I would assume it true which keep leading me back to your claim that you have everyone innocent but me and Kong.

A split power between odd and even hasnt been seen yet amongst any of the other role. Im still pointing at kong but stuck

Role information giving a positive result on someone doesn't mean that person has to trust you implicitly. If homer is town, which is possible and not ruled out by me being JOAT, then at least one of Max or Dev is town. Me getting a positive result on dev as well makes me 100% confident that is a 'correct' result, and should make the rest of you also believe that given minimum one to two town power roles have received that info.

Possibility to be concerned about is godfather making someone look town to investigation when they're not, not super likely if there is still two scum left, but seems quite likely if there is only one scum left. Town has had both a lot of people and a lot of power, and of the two scum revealed so far one had no powers and the other was actively nerfed by not being able to communicate with other scum - last scum would therefore have to have some sort of ability like investigation immunity or bus driver to maintain game balance.

Even/odd night power splits is a common power role modifier, you can look it up or see we've had it in multiple games on this site, the weirdest role has been angry teen but that one got posthumously verified after annie's death.
