Thanks, Mookie. :D =D> :D I did in fact lose some 15 pounds about 18 months ago. It was all mental discipline and no drugs. I lost the weight I put on during the COVID Shutdown of the world (and thus did not engage in much physical activity). I have managed to keep that weight OFF, too.
