Raqa is an Aramaic term meaning "worthless" or "empty-headed." It is notably used in the New Testament, specifically in Matthew 5:22, where Jesus warns against using it as an insult, equating such behavior with serious moral transgressions, including murder. The term reflects a lack of respect for human dignity and is a violation of the Fifth Commandmen

February 14, 26 Adoration

Message from Jesus

I tell you truly, I am King and ruler of heaven and earth; all is subject to me and my authority as I see fit. My will is most important thing a person can do to please me, the Lord and Savior. Come obediently to the Lord, the God of Israel. I seek those who follow me with their heart. Come and listen to the word of the Lord, for it is true and effective. I am the one who saves!

Is Mookie talking about his Home State of California???  :-s   :o
AI Summary

This AI-generated answer is powered by OpenAI.

To understand the bad economic numbers for California, consider the following points:

High unemployment rate, particularly in certain sectors like hospitality and retail.

Rising inflation impacting the cost of living and consumer spending.

Significant housing affordability crisis, with skyrocketing home prices and rents.

Declining business investments due to regulatory challenges and high taxes.

Increased poverty rates, with a substantial portion of the population living below the poverty line.

Budget deficits projected for the coming years, affecting state services and programs.
Who would want to live there, except the Hollywood Elite and the Homeless in SF? Is that why many flee to Texas and Florida?
CA projected to lose congressional seats after 2030 due to slow population growth, data shows

SAN FRANCISCO -- Newly released data from the Census Bureau points to big shifts in state representation in the House after the 2030 Census, showing a projected loss of four seats for California due to slowing population growth.

The Brennan Center of Justice, a nonpartisan law and policy institute based at NYU, predicts the state will see its congressional delegation shrink from 52 to 48, in what it describes as a stunning loss of representation.

Be sure to PRAY LOTS, Mookie, for your state and your Governor and other leaders.
AI Summary

To understand California's budget situation for 2025, consider the following points regarding the current deficit:

The projected deficit for California in 2025 is approximately $22 billion.
This figure reflects ongoing economic challenges and reduced revenue forecasts.
Factors contributing to the deficit include rising costs in healthcare and education.
The state is also facing increased spending on social services and infrastructure.
Policymakers are exploring budget adjustments and potential tax reforms to address the deficit.
Ongoing economic conditions, such as inflation and market fluctuations, may further impact the deficit..
and more about ALL this bad news for California and Newsom:
California is still in the red with another big budget deficit projected for next year
by Yue Stella Yu
November 19, 2025

California will face a nearly $18 billion budget deficit in the new fiscal year due to higher than expected spending, despite an economic boon largely driven by AI enthusiasm and strong revenue, the nonpartisan Legislative Analyst’s Office said Wednesday.

To make things worse, the $17.7 billion shortfall could balloon to an annual $35 billion by fiscal year 2027-28, as spending continues to grow and debts come due, the office warned in its annual fiscal outlook.

The gloomy forecast is a refreshed look at California’s financial future since June, when the state Department of Finance projected a $17.4 billion deficit for the upcoming fiscal year. The widened budget gap could undercut the legacy of Gov. Gavin Newsom, as he will likely be forced to make tough budget choices in his last year as governor.

It also means that for the fourth year in a row in his tenure, California is projected to have a deficit despite revenue growth.
https://calmatters.org/politics/2025/11 ... -forecast/

So let me get this correct, revenue GROWS, but so does the budget deficit for the California State Budget? It seems that Mookie's home state has a problem with:
1) fiscal management,
2) excessive spending.
3) electing too many Liberals who CONTROL the state and have trouble with 1) and 2)
4) fraud and waste is very likely, but their Leaders do not want to address THAT.
5) The LLC Leaders want to have rallies, pass more crazy laws, hide criminals in Sanctuary Cities, chase away businesses, and allow AND Lead protests against President Trump.

I think these protests are the Tail wagging the Dog to distract from ALL the economic Bad News for California.

Yes, Mookie, pray LOTS and praying on your knees can help. OR STOP electing as your state Leaders those from the LLC, Liberal Leftist Crazies. OR BETTER: BOTH.

'nuff said.

Based on LAO projections for the 2026-27 fiscal year, the projected $18 billion deficit represents approximately 5.6% of California's total budget, which is estimated to be around $321 billion.

The U.S. federal budget deficit for fiscal year 2026 is projected by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) to be $1.9 trillion, the total US federal government budget (outlays) for fiscal year 2026 is projected to be 7.4 trillion, representing 26% budget deficit.

Democrats in CA have a small problem, they have solved larger problems before. Republicans in the capital are doing everything your are accusing CA leaders of but just 10 times worse and show no signs of changing course.

You've buried you head so far up you own ass you can't see the writing on the wall and are cheering on the downfall of your own country while flailing around looking for someone else to blame because you are incapable of accountability.

The latest UCLA Anderson Forecast finds the California economy is growing faster than the nation.

The forecast released early Wednesday estimates California’s fourth-quarter growth at 3.8% annualized, well above the initial 1.4% U.S. GDP estimate.

“The state has now grown faster than the nation for four consecutive quarters,” the UCLA economists noted.

Don't worry JP, democrats here are still working to keep the US economy from failing completely!

One source, one forecast, one quarter, one stat. Rather pointless, don't you think??

You LIKELY missed my quote that says the CA Deficit grows DESPITE an increase in REVENUE, Mookie. Get your Head out while you CAn CAn. My quote is NOT so narrow, Mookie. Let me remind you:
It also means that for the fourth year in a row in his tenure, California is projected to have a deficit despite revenue growth.
https://calmatters.org/politics/2025/11 ... -forecast/

My source QUOTES FOUR years, not 1/4 of one Year. Hmmm.....which carries more credibility??   More proof that Mookie's buries his head DEEP.

Republicans control President, House, Senate and pass a budgets with virtually no democrat votes... and predictably you still want to point the finger at the other party because you are as incapable of accountability as those in congress.
