Rules
49 Game Battle
NO manual, freestyle, speed, beta, Zombie or "No forts"
Each map can only be used twice per clan per clan war but can only be used once per game type (dubs/trips/quads)
Each clan will pick the map and settings for exactly half of the games
Games will be exchanged in 2 sets
Tie breaker is classic – trips, no spoils, chained.
Players can play a MAX of 18 games
12 hour fog rule in effect. Offending team must post 1st Round movement.
Trench is permitted in a maximum of 10 of home games, with a 30 Round limit.

Schedule
Set 1 : Each clan makes 4 Dubs, 4 Trips, 4 Quads + Tie-breaker (created by FOED). 26th June, 1 week to fill
Set 2 : Each clan makes 4 Dubs, 4 Trips, 4 Quads. 10th July, 1 week to fill

How is this no issue? They took their turn before we could get a snap and left us having to gamble on which bonus they took since we couldn't see anything as they took territories that we could have seen those bonuses. There is definitely an issue. They posted what they did rounds after the damage was done! Either there is a 12hr fog rule or there isn't!

Still waiting for a response. Is there a 12 hour fog rule or no? If yes and I break it and then post what i did rounds later it is okay?

Over the years there have been different attempts to develop a "courtesy rule "to deal with fog of war games. What is referred to a the 12 hour fog of war rule is not mandatory it is up to the clans in a war if they agree to follow it, it does not apply to all fog of war games in the war and both sides have responsibilities to follow in those games where it applies.

The side up, that has first move, when the game is initialized and the drop comes down, should allow a reasonable amount of time for the other side to notice the drop has come down and take a snap. the other side should notice within a reasonable amount of time the drop has come down, take a snap AND let the side up know they have taken their snap.

12 hours is not black letter law , For reference it is considered the absolute maximum for the side up to allow for the other side to have some courtesy in return take their snap and let the side up they have taken their snap.

One obvious example most CC;ers go to bed begore midnight .local time. That means if the drop comes down any time after noon local time , there is a limit on how generous you can , expect the side up to wait to let the other side show some courtesy in return, let you know they have their snap. Certainly as it gets to the side up has waited 8 ,9, 10 hours getting into midnight or .bed time they are free to take their turn,

So basically there is no rule, even though the 12 hour fog rule was agreed upon and is definitely applicable to this map and they took their turn before I could get a snap. I log in every 11 hours just so I can get a snap, I guess I need to do it every 9 now just in case. In this case it literally handed them the game as they took their turn and territories that we could not see and making us guess which bonus they took. Cheap way to win but it is your clan so looking the other way of a clear rule violation is easy. Cheap way to win!
