How is the 12h fog rule defined in this encounter? CAT representatives have differing opinions on this definition.

If it’s not listed it’s the standard. Not the made up one.

idk, the CAT representative for RET had never even heard of "the standard one" before, they may think the modern version is in use.

There is no modern version unless you can point me to where it’s detailed and discussed somewhere? I’ve asked multiple times and you’ve come up with nothing.

If they have questions they can ask or the rep can read the thread. Pretty straight forward not sure why you’re struggling w it

Can we get back to our war now?

Obviously I have no source information past a general (uncounted)consensus that 12 hours means 12 hours as well as a lack of knowledge of your source info by the majority of CAT reps who've posted.

The reality is the CD's support the 12 hours no matter who starts rule as evidenced by their support in the RL case, as well as an official response from a member of the CD team in the CAT thread stating the CD's understanding of the rule being both teams must wait the 12 hours.

But ya, I'll let you get back to your war, you can kindly not come back into our thread and harass us if you wish for no further discussion to happen in your thread.

Consensus? At least 4+ people disagreed. Hardly a consensus majority.

Where the the CD’s say that they support it? One out of what, four commented they didn’t know it?

I didn’t harass you in your thread I asked a simple question you dick

Perhaps harass is a strong word but what I posted here is a simple copy paste of what a member of REP posted in the TOFU v ATL thread.

JPlo64 wrote:In competitions that have 12 hour fog rule, I have always assumed that both sides must wait if not notified the other has a snap. Not just the team to join second.

This is the CD's reply in the CAT forum, as every member of the CD team is not a clan rep for CAT they must be posting under their official CD title. Therefore it is reasonable to assume anything posted by any member of the CD within the CAT forum is an official statement from the CD's.

“Harass is a strong word” dude, I asked about the war link. That’s it.

JP is clearly talking about his personal experience.

The CD's didn't get involved in the RL decision. They just allowed the TO to decide. Latest off the press, Keefie had the ruling changed and the original game now stands.

Because it wasn’t the 12 hour fog rule. Go away

I was referencing EW more then you lol

My understanding is Benga and Bergy changed the decision in RL, I believe Keefie was/is complaining about not knowing what was happening in regards to the RL decision..

In light of recent issues, since there is a differing view, I will reach out to our opponents RET and determine how to update the OP.

I do request if this is more of a personal issue with Ice that you take it elsewhere. If we really care about this war alone, I think PMs between CD and our leaders would suffice. Thanks!
