Either he felt like randomly adding this bit in or it has some special significance...
Here's my plan:

1) Yell, "Hey fatty! Nice claws! Where'd you get em, the cattery?"
2) As he blindly lunges at you in rage, dive to the side, he procedes to run into the wall.
3) Stab him in the leg with the knife while he's stunned and shove a grenade down his trousers.
4) If that doesn't kill him, hold his head down in one of the puddles, till he drowns.
