I am up to 3 now famous quotes since creating this thread I dropped another two points in my rating to 3.1 this last guy accused me of being a multi and handed the game over to the guy he thought I was cheating with then deadbeated I am sure he will rate me badley again so I shpuld fall to under 3 very soon

I didn't read through the whole thread, but I've been here a decent amount of time, played a decent number of varied games and achieved some decent (although not spectacular) results over that time. Some general observations:

Speed Games lend themselves to more conflict and arguing than 24 hour games.

Individual Games of more than 2 people lend themselves to more conflict and arguing than team games or 1v1 games.

Its usually not worth getting into too much of an argument with someone during a game. I've won some games where I was far from the most experienced or best player on a board by avoiding arguments in chat and letting others fight it out.

People will cast all kinds of aspersions on a new comer who shows talent. Its been that way as long as I've been on the site. I had complaints filed about me when I first started as I got to a 2100 rating after 20 games played. I would expect to beat a person with less than 100 games like a drum...most people of reasonable talent and similar experience to me would think likewise. When it doesn't happen I don't file a complaint though, but some will assume you played on the site previously under another name and complain.

In Clan Team Games there is much less bickering and conflict, not because people want to win less (if anything its more) but because its just you and the other team and you run into the same cast of characters often enough that its not worth a big fight.

I don't swear curse or name call or anything else but maybe any kinda communication is a bad thing in cc

Clan games are a good way to go to not deal with dicks! Just be careful around Lindax though, he is a total dick (in my very real experience).

I don't think I have seen someone play that many butt head players to have your rating go down that far! It has to be something you are doing or saying in game chat that is reflecting your negative ratings that you are given. I would just ignore what is being said in game chat and not respond and see if that helps like a few others said above.
