I was going to look into SD but your comments confuse me. High lighted in red above I looked at the game in question. From game chat.

General Greivous did not attack you. He attacked Barfield and then you attacked General Greivous. From the game log in same game.

The other three game they took their turns in "consecutive order" because they were sequential games. It is hard to take a turn out of order.
