Exactly, they separate clan wars from tournaments, indicating that CC considers them two different things. This group is intended for the tournament side, it is moderated by the TD's, and all of its discussions are based on tournaments and the tournament forum. The CLA is intended for the clan wars side, it is very similar to the TO Group, but is based on clans and clan wars.

I'm not discounting the time and effort it takes to run a clan war, I've done it multiple times, I know. They are just two different things that have different groups and forums, and belong in different groups and forums.

In my opinion this is how it should be, but if you would like to put it to a vote (in the TO forum), I will listen to the results of that vote.
