If no one else shows...you could move the Independents into the ACC? Of course it would be better if we could fill out the ACC...just four more.

We're one away from full, with Clemson the only team remaining. I will also need about a dozen reserves and I'm pretty sure reserves will see action.

Week 1 games go out this weekend. I might get to a few of them Friday, but most likely it will be Saturday and Sunday. Meanwhile, I'm still looking for reserves. Good luck!

BREAKING NEWS

INDIANAPOLIS-- The NCAA has issued its preseason Top 25 coaches' poll, and at the same time has requested its coaches stop drinking when they vote. NCAA president Mark Emmert could only hold his head in his hands when told Louisiana Tech not only topped the rankings, but received 90 percent of the first-place votes.

"This is embarrassing," Emmert said. "I knew the coaches all got together to vote, but I didn't think alcohol would be involved."

Emmert then broke down in tears when told San Jose State was ranked ninth. Other highlights include Toledo ranked seventh, Vanderbilt ranked second and SMU third. Conspicuously absent from the Top 25 is defending NCAA champion Auburn.

The coaches gathered at a Las Vegas hotel last week for voting. The NCAA knew something was amiss when Oregon coach Chip Kelly tweeted "LOL just voted Army #1. GO BLACK KNIGHTS LOL" during the meetings. Minutes later, Texas coach Mack Brown tweeted "Jack Daniels rulz. Totally going 3-9 this yr."

Emmert said the NCAA is meeting this week to discuss changes to the voting system. None of the coaches have commented on the rankings, although some have said they don't remember voting at all.

yeah - i won 1 game of the 4, game # 9681711 against arkansas (cubs24).
not for nothing - but he went first in all 4 games. i would have thought in a 4 game series we each would have a shot at going first (twice each).
it was bad enough that he got a bonus, usually one i couldn't get to, from the drop, if not from his first turn in every game too.
was it because he was the visitor that he got to go first in each game, or was it just my typical luck of the draw?

Bowling Green has a bye in Week 2, along with a few other teams. When I get some time, I'll add those to the schedules.

At this point, there are 7 players who still have not joined their Week 1 games. If they have not been joined by the time I start sending out games this Friday, replacements will be brought in.
