@Bruceswar: As previously stated, I didn't think it was such a big deal at the time, but after talking with friends, I felt it needed to be further looked into. Since this doesn't seem to be sufficient, I will go into greater detail. I trusted someone with my password, someone who I felt to be reliable after playing a few games with her. Was this stupid on my part? Yes. Do I take responsibility for someone taking my turns? No, not if that person is intentionally seeking to hinder my games. I don't recall her saying specifically that she wouldn't play certain games. If I had known that she would do what she did, I would have either taken my turns myself or found someone else to take my turns. I think we talked afterward, and she didn't seem too apologetic, more defensive that she did the right thing. This became a rift between us and I no longer considered her a friend, since I prefer having friends that I can trust to take my turns as if it were me. I got over it. I just avoided her. Why am I bringing this up now? At the time, I didn't realize that this would have been considered cheating or abuse. After talking to a few fellow CC members, it was brought to my attention that this could be considered abuse, and that I should probably make it known in this forum. Thus, here I am. It was never my intent to burn her at the stake. I am not trying to get her banned or anything. I don't hate her. I just don't trust her. My goal is to ensure that this doesn't happen again. I want those with sitters to be able to trust those who take their turns.
@Megas and mviola: Thanks for finding that other game and for helping to validate my story.
@gradybridges: Again, I didn't realize at the time how this could be considered abuse. I thought it was just an asshole thing to do, and extremely rude to abuse someone's trust in such a way. I got over it by never trusting anyone with my account/password again. I learned my lesson. But after all this time, I still remember that it was abuse of trust, abuse of someone's account, and I merely wanted it to be made known. That's all.
@jefjef: Thank you for helping to voice my arguments while I slept.
@Funkyterrance: I did not realize that she would do what she did. If I had known what she was going to do, I never would have trusted her to take my turns. I trusted her and I paid the price for it. I'm only accusing her of knowingly doing something in certain games while on someone's account to impede the progress of the game for the team she was supposed to be on. I've sat in for other's accounts before, and not once have I ever intentionally ruined a game. Even if I have friends on the other team, I still play my best and try to actively help out in my sittee's best interest. Since I didn't realize the extent of what she would do, I do not believe that I should be accused of point dumping. I merely want it to be known that what she did was wrong, and that she should at least be warned that it is the incorrect thing to do, if not more.
@Commander9: I consider you a friend as well. I appreciate you giving me your opinion on the case. As you stated, I gave her my trust because I saw her as a capable player. If I had realized that she didn't know how to play on the maps or that by playing against her clan mates that she would purposefully not help out my team, I would never have given her my password. I think skipping the turn would have been just as bad, if not worse. Fortunately, she only took 1 or 2 turns in any of my games, but even that ruined the games I was playing in. Again, if I had known, I would have never given my password away. As for your take on me, I did let it go. Obviously, I have buried this away for, what was it that people are saying... 4 months? I didn't realize that what she did could be considered a horribly bad thing on this site. I still considered her a friend, but then realized that I couldn't trust her at all and I didn't agree with her anymore. Even so, I never thought to bring this up. It wasn't until I talked to a few people on here that I was told that I should be bold enough to bring this to the attention of whoever needed to see it. Even when they told me, I said no, I wouldn't want to publicly crucify someone that used to be my friend. They told me that it was inappropriate what she did, and at the very least I should make it known. That was my intent. I apologize if this has gotten out of hand, I'm kind of new to this C&A thread accusing people, because I normally have no problem with most of the people on this site. I don't believe I ever cussed her out in this thread, rather I feel I've been somewhat diplomatic about the whole thing if possible. I have stated numerous times why I took so long to post. Maybe I should have posted sooner? Not at all? Who knows, but it doesn't matter anymore. I did post. Nothing malicious? Perhaps, but still she helped out her clan mates instead of her sitter and teammates. Isn't that bad? You're right, I think we BOTH learned a valuable lesson, that we both don't agree with each other and can't get along anymore. I'm not sure what else she learned, but I learned never to trust ANYONE ever again with my account. Apparently I'm a bad judge of character and who is and isn't trustworthy.
@eddie: When Commander62890 trusted me (and 2 others) with his password, no one else knew my current password. I had changed my password at least 3 times since entrusting my password to VioIet. So I don't see any conflict. If you still see a problem, I can do my best to convince you that you are wrong if you need more convincing.
@pascal: Thanks for sticking up for me.
@anyone else I didn't mention: If you have any questions regarding this, please feel free to post on here directly towards me or pm me privately. I will do my best to provide sufficient knowledge on whatever it is you ask me. Thank you all for posting.
