This is the last response I will make both here and via pm.

He played 13 speed games and only won 1 (likely where he lost his will to CC), he then started a series of speed doodles and did go 12-25 losing about 66% of those games. You'll notice that in many of the losses, he didn't even bother to play a single move and deadbeated them. If you don't intend on making a move in multiple speed games, then the intent was to point dump, whether or not some games were played.

Having said that, I locked the account and sometimes this is done in case an account have been hijacked by another.

Regardless, jammyjames was subsequently busted with 2 other accounts by the hunters as being a multi.

this is getting ridiculous, jammyjames is not a multi he created an account for himself and another one for his brother, did it not occur to you that his brother may have logged on to his account via the same computer?!

once again as many people have stated jammyjames does get verbal sometimes, but that is due to frustration! i'm the very same!

jammyjames is a great player and taking away his premium when he still had 8 months left is outrageous! he paid for the membership, all moderators need to think about what they are doing before jumping to conclusions!!

Ok, just to clear things up.

jammyjames was Busted with JColeman and Kilsa.

If anyone disagrees with this ruling, please open an eticket, as appeals will not be heard in the forum.

Jammyjames set up Jcoleman for his brother!!!!!!

Klisa is nothing to do with him...i know this as i personally know him

On kilsa account, jammyjames was talking to this user....if it is account, why would he talk to the account when it is suppose to be him????? answer that!

This is stupid

i was banned yesterday for mulit accounts where the moderators were wrong as the other account was my sister's (i was given it back today when they found out they were wrong!)

Moderators need to investigate in more detail before banning people

It is the policy of this site to reprimand and suspend accounts if they look like they are the same ones or are from the same people. This policy is in place to protect all of its other users from foul play on a large scale.

It is also the policy to let those users continue in the games that they are active and awaiting in for the off chance that they have made a mistake, or other evidence is presented that clears those accounts. This is a pain in the butt for all the other users in the games with those that are BUSTED cause 99% of the time they are never re-evaluated and CLEARED. (Not because of their innocence)

Its soo much of a pain that there are countless threads in the suggestion forum asking to change this policy. But it will never get changed cause that loophole of allowing BUSTED users to continue to play their games is there to be a guard to do good to users who they have wrongfully BUSTED, Which like I said is very very rare.

You and maybe jammyjames exhibited the signs of a tell tell for a multi. The mods acted swiftly with a ruling that was fair for all parties. The correct way to handle it would to be to file an E-ticket explaining the situation and the mods will re-evaluate the situation with the criteria that they have already seen and decide whether their original ruling of BUSTED stands or not.

The mods & hunters especially on this site do a selfless contribution to all to protect it and its users and make sure it maintaining its enjoyment for all. The only time they are put in the limelight are when users like yourself feel an injustice was done to you, and at that time you choose to be ungrateful for the hard work that they are doing.

The actions taken in this case where by the standard of rules that govern the site and if you have a problem with the way it was handled then feel free to file an E_ticket about the situations you feel were in the wrong.

I on the other hand am going to take this time to thank the Hunters for all the great work they do to keep this site as best as it possibly could be. Thanks guys,

i understand the rule and regs for the site. i have played a few games with jammyjames he seems to be a fair player and a good one to boot. it is a shame he is at this point in the game and now cant play after this.. but i do know how it feels to be accused of being a multi . it has happened to me a few times.but i can say they do look at all sides prior to making a decision and i respect them for all they do. you do a fine job and keep up the good work.

Hmmmm...two things...about you and your sister...when two people have the same IP Address and play against each other constantly it looks suspicious...Second thing....if you look at jammyjames' games, everytime he plays jcoleman or kilsa, he wins. Even if it is his brother's account, he could be asking him to do certain things and such.

Just to update about this matter. After further evaluation and hearing his side, this pointdumping issue has been turned into a multi case.

Ok i understand that mistakes are made when deciding if people are multi-ing or not however, for someone to lose thierPREMIUM is still out of order,

what i then found quite hysterical,

They will drop all charges blah blah blah, if the player pay for ANOTHER membership, i mean come on, if someone has lost their premium because of faulty accusations then who in their right mind is going to pay for another memebership.

like i said before, jammyjames still had 7 months worth of membership!

you got the wrong facts.

If convicted of a multi then the user becomes a free user and can buy back in as a paying member. If convicted and later found innocent then they will be given their membership back. Mistakes happen, not too often but they do. And for the majority of the time when there are no mistakes the policy of revoking membership or blocking accounts is the best way to stop the rule breaking from going on
