i was banned yesterday for mulit accounts where the moderators were wrong as the other account was my sister's (i was given it back today when they found out they were wrong!)
Moderators need to investigate in more detail before banning people
It is the policy of this site to reprimand and suspend accounts if they look like they are the same ones or are from the same people. This policy is in place to protect all of its other users from foul play on a large scale.
It is also the policy to let those users continue in the games that they are active and awaiting in for the off chance that they have made a mistake, or other evidence is presented that clears those accounts. This is a pain in the butt for all the other users in the games with those that are
BUSTED cause 99% of the time they are never re-evaluated and
CLEARED. (Not because of their innocence)
Its soo much of a pain that there are countless threads in the suggestion forum asking to change this policy. But it will never get changed cause that loophole of allowing
BUSTED users to continue to play their games is there to be a guard to do good to users who they have wrongfully
BUSTED, Which like I said is
very very rare.
You and maybe jammyjames exhibited the signs of a tell tell for a multi. The mods acted swiftly with a ruling that was fair for all parties. The correct way to handle it would to be to file an E-ticket explaining the situation and the mods will re-evaluate the situation with the criteria that they have already seen and decide whether their original ruling of
BUSTED stands or not.
The mods & hunters especially on this site do a selfless contribution to all to protect it and its users and make sure it maintaining its enjoyment for all. The only time they are put in the limelight are when users like yourself feel an injustice was done to you, and at that time you choose to be ungrateful for the hard work that they are doing.
The actions taken in this case where by the standard of rules that govern the site and if you have a problem with the way it was handled then feel free to file an E_ticket about the situations you feel were in the wrong.
I on the other hand am going to take this time to thank the Hunters for all the great work they do to keep this site as best as it possibly could be. Thanks guys,
King Sam
