You are correct, Sir.
If a website does not provide a client with a full refund of his money for services promised and not rendered, then all he need do is go to his bank (or credit card company, as the case may be) and expose that site's illegal scam. His bank will then reclaim his funds to his account in full, electronically -- no questions asked.
My bank just loves doing this for me, as fund reclamation is a "win-win" situation for me and for them. I once had them reclaim over $1000 of my money at one sitting. They were tickled pink to help me, as my money went straight back into their vault, and a great time was had by all!
This is good information for other innocent consumers to keep in mind:
Always remember that, as a paying consumer, your rights are primary and inviolate, and you are 100% immune to the shenanigans of any and all internet scammers.
