Well there's really nowhere good to move them. I don't want them too far away from the islands, and I figure you can't mistake where it attacks if it's right on the line. The dotted line will not show so bad when the army numbers are there. If you feel strongly about the positions, let me know - but i would prefer to keep where they are. I spent a lot of time on positioning of territ names and circles. Thanks.

I think they would be perfectly clear if you were to them as follows:
Grimsey Large - directly south of the island, so that the circle is one-two pixels short of being tangent to the southernmost point of it, with the text either to the west of the circle, or, if that intersects the attack line, south of it.
Grimsey Small - same place as the large, moving the current circle southeast and putting the text west of it or keeping it south, whichever looks better.
Vestmannaeyjar - move it south a few pixels so that it's just off the attack line, but not too close to the title. If this doesn't work, you can put the circle on the east side of the island and the text south or east of the circle, but that would require you to change the path of the attack line. This one isn't as easy a fix
It's not really that big a deal if you keep them where they are, but I think it would be more clear if the attack lines weren't blocked. Since Gimsey is a pretty easy fix, I'd move it. Vestmannaeyjar isn't as simple, and the best solution may be as you have it right now.
