the killing 44 was kind enough to pm me the news. And I'm pretty pissed off. I'm sure snap will be as well when I tell him.
They literally took our map and ran it through a crap machine.

So, I'm trying to think of why this map always fails. I'm not trying to gum up the works here, but these are my thoughts:
-As stated, there is always a huge waste of space, taken up here by the legend and title/sig.

I just went by the number of borders each season (in total) would have to defend.
They do run high, but to hold a season means you are holding A LOT of territories.
That would probably be an end game situation, so the high added bonus of the season would sort of have an effect like escalating cards ...

Holy balls, this looks so much better than when I last saw it (which was quite a while ago).
Kudos on the graphic direction.
Some thoughts:
-Definitely keep the islands. I think 32 is a better territory number than 29.
-I would make the islands a +3, and the northernmost continent a +1.

You also might consider fading the ocean color from shallow to deep more gradually.
