A assassin for 3 [Winner: AndrewB]

News
AndrewB is the overall winner =D> =D> =D>

Status overview is in post2 as well as in first post at page 3 :geek:

In total 163 assassin games were needed for this tournament. At two of those games a person was incidently killed by the wrong person.
Furthermore it is expected that at two tie-breakers one person helped another to win and benifit from that win by reaching the next round; however this couldn't be proven. This tie-breaker part is a serious risk of not following the general CC-rules for a tournament benefit.

It is free for everybody to copy the setup used at this tournament, but please mention that the pools are using a 3x3 windmill.
Furthermore I would recommend to mention the risk of not 100% fair play at tie-breakers, at least in the invites for such a tie.

Headlines
Premiums as well as non-premiums are welcome.
You should be able to play one game at the time.
All games will be with 3 player assassin. Sequential, escalating, unlimited, sunny

Setup
Round1:
You will be distributed over 9 pools of 9.
The highest CC-ranked in pool ā€œAā€ the lowest in pool ā€œIā€
Each pool will gets his own 3x3 windmill to play:
That is everybody in the pool has to play four games for collecting tulips. After that he (or she) will have been in one game with each of the other 8 players in that pool. For winning a game you get 21 tulips, the other person left in the game gets 17 tulips and the person eliminated gets 13 tulips.
A tie of two persons is not possible, since they already have been in exactly one game, that game will automatically be used as tie-breaker.
The best three of each pool will pass to round 2.

Round2:
Three pools of 9. Tulips from round one will be withered.
People from pool ā€œAā€,ā€Bā€&ā€Cā€ of round1 will be grouped in pool alpha.
Each pool will gets his own 3x3 windmill to play.
The best three of each pool will pass to the final-pool

Round3: final pool
One pool of 9. Tulips from earlier rounds will be withered.
You get one 3x3 windmill to play.
The person with most tulips wins.

An assassin tournament.
Put me in please

btw it should be "an assassin", according to some rules "a assassin" seems to be incorrect
