In total 163 assassin games were needed for this tournament. At two of those games a person was incidently killed by the wrong person.
Furthermore it is expected that at two tie-breakers one person helped another to win and benifit from that win by reaching the next round; however this couldn't be proven. This tie-breaker part is a serious risk of not following the general CC-rules for a tournament benefit.
It is free for everybody to copy the setup used at this tournament, but please mention that the pools are using a 3x3 windmill.
Furthermore I would recommend to mention the risk of not 100% fair play at tie-breakers, at least in the invites for such a tie.

Setup
Round1:
You will be distributed over 9 pools of 9.
The highest CC-ranked in pool āAā the lowest in pool āIā
Each pool will gets his own 3x3 windmill to play:
- That is everybody in the pool has to play four games for collecting tulips. After that he (or she) will have been in one game with each of the other 8 players in that pool. For winning a game you get 21 tulips, the other person left in the game gets 17 tulips and the person eliminated gets 13 tulips.
A tie of two persons is not possible, since they already have been in exactly one game, that game will automatically be used as tie-breaker.
Round2:
Three pools of 9. Tulips from round one will be withered.
People from pool āAā,āBā&āCā of round1 will be grouped in pool alpha.
Each pool will gets his own 3x3 windmill to play.
The best three of each pool will pass to the final-pool
Round3: final pool
One pool of 9. Tulips from earlier rounds will be withered.
You get one 3x3 windmill to play.
The person with most tulips wins.
