Top Ten Map Ranks [Cards, Forts, Fog & Now All Game Types!]

This is pretty similar to AAFitz's thread except this will be for card types and fortifications, as well as using Fog of War. Similarly, you must have a minimum of +500 to be ranked. If you qualify, post here with the setting, your rank, and your score. I will do some research myself, through the scoreboard and well-known players, when I have more time.

If you have Map Rank installed and don't know how to obtain this information then follow this:
1. Go to Game Finder
2. Enter your name where applicable
3. Tick the box[es]
4. Click 'Map Rank', not 'Search'
