Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Comments: He is sending secret emails to give away positions in a fog game, as well as to suggest a secret alliance. The irony is he sent the email to ME about ME....obviously intending to send it to the other player. In addition to being a cheater he is not the brightest bulb in the pack. Below is the email I received today:

Now this guy SgtNokia is dinging my ratings as "mentally ill" even though you agree he was cheating and warned him. Can't we just ban this guy?
