Comments: Not sure why it is necessary to flame via response, especially since players gave good ratings to him. Appears to be a pattern and this player has been previously warned several times about flaming. I will withdraw the rating if need be, but this should be dealt with first.

1. He beat me twice and did it well. My rating is an original 5 star. The ratings are recent so they are unlikely changed for that purpose.
2. Neoteny makes himself look bad, I don't need to change a rating. Nor would I make the effort to replay someone I poorly rated, to then mark up the rating to a 5-star.

A quick check at the ratings show that the majority of ratings refer to an account that Neoteny has only played one game with/against. Other than that it's two or three games, and a bried overview indicates that the oldest games were archived before Neoteny issued the responses. In light of this, your comment doesn't make sense. Feel free to provide input on the pros or cons of a report, but I don't understand why people throw out a "defence" without any kind of factual backing. This statement of yours is pure crap and doesn't contribute to anything. (And yes, I'm aware of the fact that I posted an off-topic comment, but at least that could be defended as potentially slightly humorous, your comment has no defense what so ever as to its uselessness.)

I don't think that's even possible. Once someone responds to a rating, your only option is to withdraw it, or replay them and re-rate. If you re-rate them, I believe the response goes away.
