Check out the guests usergroup and rank them in post count to see the most famous banned

a ton of good ones are banned, is there a way to find out if they are perma banned or just temp banned?

Not at the moment with phpBB's current limitations--there is no distinction between permanent, temp, and busted for multiple accounts. They all go there. However, there is a suggestion in the Suggestions forum about a brief/minimal "Disciplinary History" that would be located on a user's profile. I encourage you to check it out.

That's a terrible idea, because of all the bullshit bans you guys hand down. You should only do that if you overturn all of Night Strike's obviously partisan (bullshit) bannings. You've already removed him from power so he can't do anymore harm. It's time now to correct all of the damage he's done.

So, if you're going to make public the "complaints" you have against us, then you damn well better make public a list of all the mods who have levied bans and their reasoning for it.

As for Night Strike, he switched over to full-time TD because of the need of an active senior TD to lead their team, during restructuring and training.
