Currently flaming is not allowed, I propose that flaming should still remain publishable unless it is someone that holds the rank of cook that is being flamed.
Specifics:
Cooks are generally stupid people anyway so they deserve to be flamed.
Example of acceptable flame if this proposal were to pass: "Hey co**on, get the f*ck out out of my thread you fucking retard cook"
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
It will give some incentive for cooks to raise their rank.
Everyone needs to have a pissing post, since the removal of flame wars this site has been missing an element that I believe this suggestion could help fill.

i just dont get cook status? really? unless you play speed assassin doodles all day and never win, i dont understand how you can be a cook? in fact, to all cooks out there, spend 3 hours playing those settings, and you should be a cadet by the end. if it happens sooner, like in an hour, just stop.
but to have what? 800 points? that is pretty bad. almost like you are throwing games intentionally. in fact, i would like a full investigation into cotton. i believe cotton is throwing games. has to be. cotton, i knew i would catch him.
All the stupid threads with blatantly obvious Trolling/Flaming/Baiting in can be moved there and we can go back to lambasting idiots, cheats and sore losers(which incidentally is precisely what they deserve).

Not everyone here plays well. Many are just young kids.
