Other: In his quest to be the only jury in this forum king achilles has broken the rules of ConquerClub. Since there is no general rules about the proceedings it is hard to blame anyone of wrongdoing. I.e. the sequrity for the defendant is hurt when the defendant arent allowed to respond to the complaint. But as I said, alas, this cannot be tried.

But the accused have denied a proper "trial" by not admitting an appeal. The rules of CC stated that the members are entitled to one. He has not allowed a proper appeal in the case (to be mention) but made a second ruling himself once again. The CC rule of a second hunter to be allowed to try the case has hence been broken.

I do agree. And furtheron, I do agree that my ratings werent an abuse. But they were ratings based on 1 low - 3 ok - 5 super and i didnt rate them as the other people did. Giving out 5's as a standard. I have learned my lesson from that.
But this is not about my wrongdoing earlier.

CC C&A is blowing up now a days with bogus claims on any and everything so everyone can have a chance to vent.

Honestly this is not what this place was intended for, and much more abuse of this system will only hurt you and everyone else. When a hunter gets on and has 30 claims to decipher through and has to give attention to 20 bogus ones "cause if he didn't then someone would *explicative*" then it takes away their time and efforts to focus on the serious cases that will eliminate others from cheating you on this site.

I don't even like to bring up this forum anymore because of all the whining going on about trivial crap.

Obviously don't take it too far, their are lines that cant be crossed. Which has become a little grayed as of recently, and I don't even know where they stand. But I am not one involved in the measures of upkeep of this stuff, and juventino, you aren't either. Quit your bellyaching about a decision made about you that would have died along time ago had you not made every effort to keep it lingering around and move on.

I don't concur with every decision that is made by a mod/hunter, and i may vocalize my opinions and expressions in the forum, but bottom line these guys are in this position for a reason and have more facts and levy the options when handing out rulings. And in the past they have openly admitted to having faults and resurrecting them. Its not good form to cry scandal when your appeal doesn't go your way.

And yes I already know your argument is going to be that another hunter should have reviewed your E-ticket. Maybe someone else did and King A for a reason unannounced to you was the lucky one to deliver you the news that "hey *expletive* the ruling stands, move on and have a nice day"

I suggest you do just that.
