Who will be the Gladiators of the Holy Roman Empire?

Pollice verso is a Latin phrase, meaning "with a turned thumb", that is used in the context of gladiatorial combat. It refers to the hand gesture used by Ancient Roman crowds to pass judgment on a defeated gladiator.

This is the 15th tournament in the Lx Doubles Series (see below for more info).

Tournament Set-Up

show: tournament set-up: We will play with 16 doubles teams. Bracket will be random. If you win you’re through to next round, if you lose you’re out (elimination style).

Game Style

All rounds are best of 3. Game settings are sequential, escalating, chained, foggy.

show: signing up: 1.- At least one player on the team needs to be an officer (i.e., have 1600 points minimum at sign up).
2.- Sorry, only premiums.
3.- I will NOT hold a spot if you do not sign up with a partner.

5.- You can also sign up as a reserve player or reserve team.
