create ultra-premium accounts

we currently have fremium and premium accounts, suggest new, OPTIONAL ultra-premium accounts

Ultra-premium members would pay a higher yearly membership fee with added benefits

This increased revenue would be used to pay hasbro a copyright fee to allow Conquer Club to use the original Classic Map, which only the ultra-premium members would have access to.
The Ultra-premium account would take nothing away from the current premium members, and would be an option that its members could choose to be a part of.
The additional revenues could also go towards the advancement of this site.

Not bad, Id also like to see the games waiting increased above 50 as well. Sometimes games can take a while to fill up and some tournamnets can have you playing upwards of 20 games in a round that you have to wait for everyone to fill.
