This guy doesn't "cheat" as i know, but he is the most foul-tongued player who would rather vindictive and preys on new players. I was in a game with him and a new player and he immediately went after me to try to get 1vs 1 on the new guy.
It didn't work because i struck back hard, but instead of playing a balanced game, he actually stated that he'd rather the other guy win and he was going to take me down with him, and that's exactly what he did.
Make sure to avoid this player at all costs.

CC takes a liberal stance when it comes to what users post/say in game chat and forums. Unless its gross abuse then nothing will be the outcome except maybe a WARNING to not skirt the lines of the CC policy concerning this.

There fixed it as well lol. Accidentally went over to the right to far and didn't noticed I clicked player instead. Thanks guys.

I recommend that you put him in your Foe list. Once you put someone in your foes list, all his game chat will disappear from your view. This is one way to prevent you from getting provoked. If you remove him from your foes list, the game chat from that player will all re-appear in the game once again.
Foes are users which will be ignored by default. These users will be filtered out of your game chat, blocked from joining any game that you are part of, and blocked from posting comments to your wall.
To put someone in your foes list, simply click on the member's username to get into his profile, then click on Add Foe. You can even place a note when you add someone in your foes list to remind you why you placed that person in that particular list.
