What "correct format" are you referring to?

Basicly, he's whining that you didn't put your game in [game][/game] format, or player in the correct code either. Both of which is not required for a form, just many trolls of this forum are too lazy to actually search for the game.

Don't take screenshots, forward the PM's to whichever multi-hunter you want. If you want to upload them, use photobucket.com, and again, send them to a multi-hunter.

Wow, this is just "warned"? This, to me, is just about the worst behavior on CC - if you can't get busted for this, something is wrong

Busted is used for multi's only. Warned is used for any other offense. 2nd warning = temp ban.

Actually, blocks are used when there is secret diplomacy. It would be hard to block the person who received the PM since they did nothing wrong. But yeah, if a person repeatedly sent PMs asking for alliances, then there would probably be some vacations or loss of PMs (if I got to choose).
