This player leaves everyone he plays with one star in every category, regardless of the game or how his opponents play. Please look at his "ratings left by sideoutshu". He's abusing the system and unfairly decreasing everyones rating by this abuse.

As of this time, this is sideoutshu's 2nd report about his given ratings. Checking some of the games he has given low ratings from, it appears he and that player would be involved in an interesting game chat of disagreement and eventually sideoutshu giving a low rating for that player in the end. Perhaps he baits those he thinks are "not good enough" into having a flame game chat with him? Anyway, I would still consider this as within his rights to give those ratings if he had an argument with that player no matter how "illogical" or close minded he may sound like. If you can, try to settle this between yourselves or foe him and/or move on.
