Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy
Many times in the game they both move within a minute of each other. Both are from Israel. And curiously enough one of them always is the last one to move in the round, so after he moves the new round is opened and the other player moves right after. See what I'm saying?
If they're not multis, I really think they're conducting secret diplomacy. And they have been playing together at this map many times.

I do not think they are multis but I think they know each other and conducted secret diplomcy.
