Menu Improvements

Concise description: Add a link to bookmarked threads in one of the menus.

Specifics: There are very few of the left-hand links that I actually use, and it takes too many clicks to get back to the threads that I'm monitoring.

This will improve the following aspects of the site: Encourage people to follow-up and expand discussions on threads. Particularly on those topics which need more attention like suggestions for site improvement and the foundry.

Disclaimer: I know there will be a backlash about adding more things to the menu b/c w/BOB and Map Rank it is already quite lengthy. My solution suggestion is to make the menu such that it can (within limits) be personalized. I have no need for most of the links available (like chat or wall), but I have to load 2 new pages to get to a list of my bookmarked threads and then another to see my subscribed forums.
