get troops for regions not owned? [Closed]

OK so Im playing this game right now and Ive counted the regions that I own, and what the other player can own even if they conquered everything remaining on the map. There is no way possible to have 24 regions as listed below in copied portion of the log that reports this. How is this possible that I have more "territories" than him, but he is credited with having more regions? Help!

it is right - he propably has territs on the missiles which you havn't counted
