This will improve the following aspects of the site:

• Allow people to know they've been successfully added to said usergroup

I'm not going to lie, I'm not a very interactive person on this site. People send me PM's, asking me to do this or that, or join my new usergroup, and I sort of just add them or do whatever, and don't really ever respond. What's the point, I've done what they've asked? Problem is, when I add someone to a usergroup, unless they avidly check their email account, they usually don't notice.

Simple, not hard to do, and keeps people informed when they've been added to a usergroup and have access to the private forum
