You always clue me into stories I would have missed otherwise, and when I think the stories are a bit ridiculous, I just say, "well, that's our Juan!" and move on with my life, because there are more important things than getting bent out of shape over stories that are crazy talk, but fun to have been exposed to.

That's pretty crazy right there.Under German law, the image of a number plate is insufficient to prosecute a driver or vehicle owner.
