Double Fortification Game Option

I was thinking that there should be an option for a 2 Fortification/Turn game. For some people who want to learn a bit about 1 Fortification, it can be a bit intimidating, so 2 Fortification would be a good transition/hybrid IMO.

well it would be different but it would be nothing like the real risk which is 1 or all

every body here had to learn 1 or all or they played the boardgame prior to this and learned to play 1 or all. So after it is changed to 1 - 2 or all somebody might then want 3 so lets leave well enough alone ==
