Test server for developers

I think it would be nice to have a test server where developers can test their work. This would be great for developers of Conquerclub (lackattack?) and for script devs.

• CC devs would be able to give script developers a preview of upcoming changes so we can release an updated script simultanously.
• Script devs would be able to better develop and test their scripts
• Script devs or end-users would be able to better reproduce any problems.

e.g. problems like described in this thread would be resolved more quickly.

I'd recommend to only selectivly give access to the test server though, as you don't want people to actually play around on the testserver.
