PMs are separate from the Foe List. To stop receiving PMs, go to Control Panel > Private Messages > Rules, folders & settings. There you can set up a rule in the same manner as you would set up a rule for an email account. If you have any questions on how to proceed from there, PM me.

no offence bep, but it's not pm abuse. you continued to respond. so did he. if you didn't want to communicate, you should have stopped communicating. if, then, he continued to barrage your inbox with pm's, i'd have an issue with it. not just one or two messages, i mean spam. 20 or thirty.

you don't have to respond to messages. you don't even have to read them. by doing both you're pushing the situation.

you're just as much the culprit as he is.
