I agree it's a chicken way for them to play the game, but not against the rules. Give them bad ratings and foe 'em.

There are too many cowardly fools like these playing this game. Its a shame but it wont ever change. For some people playing fair is just not in them. Take the above advice and give them a 1 star and foe them.
