what if someone i foed before comes out ....

here there is something i would like to have an answer please...
today i played a game and found a buddy to be real suspicious on something i wud not like to mention the name...he made some deliberate mad moves in an assasin game and gave the game to some other one...
yes one can say any of us make mistakes time to time but this was different..the difference is not because i was in the game but it is simple...
he attacked on my armies, the map was not fog, the map was not assdoodles in which everything happens very qucik..he hit my units one by one attacked my almost 8 or 10 places then killed me out then he lost, i lost and somebody else won the game in assasin style....
this is suicide, this is bull shit...
finally i m not going to go further investigation on the matters about what the hell there took place but i simply foed a few guys from that game...
the above is whole story so far.. now here it comes what i wud like to ask to your knowledge fellows.. what if that guy whom i foed comes out to be one of my opponent in any tourney i am in ? i really do not want to play with him anymore....what if he gets drawn to be my opponent in some tourney ?
is there a mechanism that prevents me and him to be drawn in same group or whatever ?

He might have not seen that the game was Assassin. I don't understand how, but it happens sometimes.

If you are pitched against him in a tournament, the organizer will often ask you to take him off your foe list for the duration of the tournament and play him anyway.

Put up a form on the Cheating & Abuse forum. If he's not cheating, he shouldn't suffer from it, if he is cheating, you contributed to the site in a positive way.

i lose many games, it is wellcomed here...finally we are having fun and enjoying it..but the one unique thing, it is being fooled makes me really angry...why some ppl are this much cheap ? why is this necesary ? i will never understand this...
btw, the person i am yelling about is the one who makes the game, the red one so probable maybe but little probability him to forget the game to be assasin one...

Most organizers choose to ignore foe lists in their tournaments. If you have to play someone on your foe list, you must either join the game after them or take them off your list in order to play those games. If you don't, most organizers will force you to forfeit or just be replaced.

I've run into it occassionally (usually I'll get a PM from a player-I can't join because I'm on John Doe's Foe List). Joe Doe then has to either drop the game and join after the second player or remove him, temperorarily, from their foe list.

I say that if someone has foed in a tournament I MAY give them a different opponent, however they must state the reasoning I then analyse the reason and get back to them, most of the time saying un-foe them temporarily, and if they don't they're out.
