When I was with The Regulators we had a group of players who enjoyed challenges beit against other players or clans or against one another...we are hoping to recreate that type of atmosphere and are looking for other players who feel the same...
Is two rules
1)No Quiters or Cheaters
2)Only one competitive clan (if you are in another and are interested then quit)

Absolutely. We plan on running the clan as a round table. Hiddendragon as the leader, but decisions would be made and clan rules will be agreed upon by the central round table.

We will do our talking with game play. However, we will not be bullied by infantile comments.

However we are the Black Sheep and there may be times where a position may not be the norm. But we should remain united and never call out a clan member in public forum. It will be done in our own private forums.

I wish it could but people are people and sometimes they talk crap to one another and I wouldn't feel right calling someone out for thier opinions...as far as honor, I don't want turn skippers (unless is a RL emergency/situation), and I don't want any point dumpers or any other type of cheat...I don't think its fair when a tournement or event happens and clan lets ranks grab as many games as able and tosses the scraps to the inferior ranks, if they get any...It aint right when clan-mates ask about games and some jerk-in-charge tells the dude STFU...We pay money because we enjoy the game not to sit or accept scraps or crap...Too many people take this game way too seriously and I want players who play it for enjoyment...Sure winning is fun but it is only part of the fun

i can agree with hidden.. i have been in 2 clans, the 1st i had to leave cuz the leadership at the time was crap... any clan that has no possible chance to grow at the time of need cant move to well... the 2nd was great as a clan point of view but i am not a bench player and like hidden said everybody should play in tourneys... even if you a cook you should be able to play just as many as everyone else...
