It seems like fairly odd behavior to be the one who sets up all of the games listed above, and yet, miss every turn until being kicked out. Noteworthy, I also notced a pattern in the game type. There also seems to be an odd strength in ranks on the opposing teams of each of these games.

Notice also, that in the following games he has not yet made any moves.

Just out of curiosity, how does one go about determining who has alternate accounts. It seems to me that it can not be governed. All a person really needs is to have multiple hotmail adresses, which I might add, are not a difficult thing to obtain.

Answer to number 2.. Yes, it's easy to create multiple hotmail accounts. How can it not be? I've created numerous hotmail accounts until I'm on the one I have now. It's truly not that hard. They don't bust you

1. Does it matter who he's a multi with? Its a faulty account. Whats the motivation behind setting up games and never taking any turns? The only one I can think of is to allow others to win, which would only make sense for a multi.
2. I have made other hotmail accounts, there no fault in that. The point is that other CC acounts can be run from alternate e-mail addresses, which as I understand, is against the rules here, no?
