Here's one that's probably been suggested 10,002 times:
In a sequential game, the last guy to act is at a disadvantage for at least a couple of rounds, sometimes longer.
Why not when the countries are randomly divided up, the turn order is randomly done as well?
Any love for that one?

Disadvantage?
I'm not sure there really is a disadvantage. The first couple of guys to go have to contend with the fact that there are three armies on every territory. I would perfer to take my turn after a few players have moved around and left some one spots for me to attack.
I do see a slight advantage as far as staking out a continent, etc. But just being there first doesn't guarantee that you'll end up with it.
