Do you mean besides the areas that were hundreds of years old that could not be properly repaired in this day and age let alone rebuilt?

i doubt it will ever be the same.
most of their history washed away with the hurricane and many people that left have began a new life somewhere else in the world and arent planning on coming back

that's too bad. i'm sure it will be somewhat of the same, or at least as normal as possible...maybe reggie bush and the Saints can win for their city
