I received 1 star for attitude in a 2 player game where I only said 'gl hf' and 'gg' and 0 stars for fair play and attendance. I think the reason might be because he lost the game, but that shouldn't be a legitimate reason. I've tried PMing him and have gotten no response. If you could get that rating removed, I'd appreciate it.

The mods got rid of the old ratings system so that didnt have to mod ratings. A handful of bad ratings given to you by bad players will soon be evened out by the majority. I have several low ratings however i still have an average of 4.5

And zero stars is actually not a rating at all.

You have already made a comment about the rating he gave you. Plus the fact that you reported it here to show all of us the unfair rating you received. As what Joodoo had coughed up, put him in your foes list so that you would not have to deal with this player again.
