Time Limit Question

So the basic rules are that you have twenty-four hours to take a turn and then, once your turn has begun, one hour to complete all of your moves.

My question is this: is that one hour in addition to the previous twenty-four, or must the entire turn be completed in twenty-four hours? (I.e., previous turn was at 1pm Tuesday, it's not 12:55pm Wednesday when I log in. Do I have to finish my turn by 1pm, or just start it by 1pm?)

Everything must be completed when the 24 hours is up as the 24 hour time limit is the end and the over riding power

so if you start at 23:59, you have one minute to play your turn.
