I've been working on a classic flat rate guide for a while now. As in I started it, but I might finish it now, or turn it into an advanced tactics thing. If I ever get round to it again.

I skimmed over the strategy thread, as it was too long to completely read. I did notice a few mistakes.

I did not write a strategy for escalating cards, I wrote it for no cards.

Also, I noticed you used specific names when referring to team games, which I don't think is necessary.
