Concise description: Need Recent Tickets List

Specifics:
Currently in order to check the status of a ticket after you submit it you have to record the ticket number manually and enter it in a form to check it. There should be a list of active tickets and tickets closed within say the past week.

This will improve the following aspects of the site:
Allows people to easily check back on the status of a ticket without having to know or remember to write down the ticket number.

I'm pretty sure that all etickets are emailed back to you - of course if you don't have a valid email address then you should change that.

Our E-ticket system will hopefully be replaced in the near future with a better, more streamlined, userfriendly interface. Stay tuned until then.

i remember that you could get around the submit code like a month ago by not putting a number in and just hitting submit. it would then bring up any and all tickets you openned whether they were closed or not and you could even reopen them but thats not how it is anymore.
