There's no way changing to a specific shade and color will help everybody and make even the majority happy. So here's what I propose:
1) An option in the control panel that lets us select the color dots and shade.
2) Change the font of the army numbers. It seems like the 8s specifically mush together and you can't tell whether it's a 0 or an 8.
3) Increase the font size by one point. It'll make the numbers easier to read.

Re: On changing the color dots for the maps
1) the army dots are not part of the code, put part of the map image and are therefore distinct for each map.
2) Suggested many times and rejected- not sure why.
3)Doesnt seem worth it, you would have to re-center all the maps for basically nothing
4)This is in the wrong place

1)
3) Will probably happen only if #2 is implemented.
2) Most likely the same answer. This may happen eventualy, but it will happen to all maps at once.lack (site admin) wrote:As Twill mentioned having an option for toggling the artwork is not on the table because it would put other much more interesting and important changes even further behind.

You always have the option of having your say about the army dots, fonts etc, when the map is in development, but most people don't bother to take it...so....!!!
